Day 1: Cardiff - The Gateway to Wales

Start your adventure in Cardiff, the capital city. Explore Cardiff Castle and its intricate architecture, then wander through the historic arcades of the city center. Visit the National Museum Cardiff and take a stroll in Bute Park, where you can soak in the tranquility of nature.

Day 2-3: Brecon Beacons National Park

Head west towards the captivating Brecon Beacons National Park. Spend a couple of days exploring its scenic beauty. Hike to the summit of Pen y Fan for panoramic views, visit the charming town of Brecon and enjoy outdoor activities like horse riding and kayaking.

Day 4-6: Snowdonia National Park

Continue your journey north to Snowdonia National Park. Immerse yourself in its rugged mountains, cascading waterfalls and picturesque villages. Take the challenging hike to the summit of Mount Snowdon or hop on the Snowdon Mountain Railway for equally breathtaking views. Explore Betws-y-Coed, the gateway to Snowdonia and don't miss the enchanting Swallow Falls.

Day 7-8: Isle of Anglesey

Drive to the beautiful Isle of Anglesey, known for its stunning coastlines and rich history. Visit Beaumaris Castle, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and explore the charming villages of Moelfre and Rhosneigr. Take a relaxing walk along Newborough Beach and spot wildlife at the Anglesey Sea Zoo.

Day 9-11: Pembrokeshire Coast National Park

Head south to the captivating Pembrokeshire Coast National Park. Discover its rugged cliffs, golden beaches, and charming towns. Visit St Davids, Britain's smallest city and explore its stunning cathedral. Take a boat trip to the wildlife-rich Skomer Island and hike along the famous Pembrokeshire Coast Path.

Day 12-13: Gower Peninsula

Drive along the southern coast to the breathtaking Gower Peninsula. Enjoy sweeping coastal views, visit Rhossili Bay (voted one of Europe's best beaches) and explore the charming village of Mumbles. Don't miss the chance to wander through the stunning countryside and spot wild ponies in the Gower.

Day 14: Wye Valley and Farewell to Wales

On your way back to Cardiff, take a detour to the picturesque Wye Valley. Explore the hauntingly beautiful Tintern Abbey, a medieval ruin surrounded by lush greenery. Visit the quaint town of Monmouth and stroll along the River Wye. Return to Cardiff and conclude your Wales road trip with a visit to the vibrant Cardiff Bay.
