Curator’s statement
Set sail from Port Canaveral, Florida for four nights of sunshine, sea breezes, and unforgettable memories aboard the Carnival Liberty. With stops in Nassau and Princess Cays, this itinerary is the perfect mix of adventure and island relaxation. And if you were lucky enough to cruise while Dustin was at the helm as Cruise Director, you already know—he didn’t just lead the fun, he came from the ceiling to do it. Though Dustin has since left the Liberty for a new adventure on another Carnival ship, his spirit and legendary energy still echo throughout every deck.

Cruise restaurant details:
Blue Iguana Cantina, Deck 9, Lido (opposite Guy’s): Taco ‘bout delicious! This spot serves up made-to-order tacos and burritos for breakfast and lunch with fresh salsas, guac, and a killer watermelon jalapeño salsa. Don’t sleep on the breakfast burrito—it’s a cruise morning must.
Red Frog Rum Bar, Deck 9, Lido Poolside: Grab a frozen cocktail and slip into island mode! Whether it’s a frosty Rum Runner or a ThirstyFrog Red (Carnival’s own brew), this spot keeps the fun flowing all day long. The bartenders are always dancing and hyping up the deck’s party energy.
Alchemy Bar, Deck 5, Promenade: This is where the magic happens—literally! The mixologists in white lab coats will whip you up custom cocktails based on your mood and flavor profile. Try the Cucumber Sunrise or the 40 is the New 20 for a unique sip with flair.
The Steakhouse (Fahrenheit 555), Deck 10, Aft: For a fancier night out, the steakhouse is totally worth the upgrade. Filet mignon, lobster tail, and starters like French onion soup and tuna tartare—every bite is perfection. It’s ideal for a date night or celebrating something special (like being on vacation!).
