Shelby did lots of research for us on hotels in San Francisco. She gave us different options for different areas of the city. We picked the Hyatt Regency because they had rooms with balconies overlooking the bay. A week before our trip, she called the hotel to confirm our reservations. She also got our room upgraded to a higher level which gave us a better view of the bay AND she got us over $100 in hotel credits!!!! Highly recommended Shelby for all your travel needs!
