This was our first international trip as a family with a toddler. We wanted something super easy and relaxing, so we decided on an all-inclusive resort in Mexico. After months and months of research, we decided to stay at Finest Playa Mujeres, and I must admit, I was spoiled by the customer service and attentiveness upon arrival and throughout the trip. It’s going to be hard to find another all-inclusive resort that will beat that kind of customer service.

This was our first time to Disneyland with a toddler, let alone it being in Paris! Our toddler started to enjoy all things Mickey and Minnie, and we could see the whole classic gang. It was memorable as we got to see Mickey and Minnie together as a family!

Did you know Scandinavian countries are among the safest for solo women's travel? My first solo travel was to Scandinavia, specifically to Denmark, Finland and Norway. I traveled during my birthday, and it was the first time I felt so free-spirited while traveling. The trip was filled with rays of sunshine (literally because the sun is up from 4:30am to 10pm), and my first stop was in Copenhagen, Denmark.

My husband and I didn’t get to have our honeymoon due to COVID, so we decided to do a family trip in lieu of our delayed honeymoon with our toddler, who was two years old at the time. We planned the entire trip around our toddler, and it was surprisingly pleasant due to the slower pace along with the attractions and restaurants we selected to visit that were kid- and stroller-friendly.

My husband and I didn’t get to have our honeymoon due to COVID, so we decided to do a family trip instead of our delayed honeymoon with our toddler, who was two years old at the time. We chose Rome, Italy to be our first stop because I knew it would be a much slower pace and easier to transition with the jet lag.
