Kimberly is AMAZING! She spoke directly with the hotel to confirm a king bed was truly a king before booking the hotel. Kimberly ensured that we received a complimentary breakfast each day which was sooo very kind. During the time of our travel TSA was shut down and the USA was at war with Iran; so Kimberly helped us make sure that we had all that we needed to exit Brussels and return to US without having to wait in lines for hours. She checked in with us frequently during our trip to make sure that everything was working to our needs. She responded quickly when I had any questions or concerns.

I will only use Kimberly for all of our travel needs as she is totally amazing, professional and absolutely lovely to work with when traveling the globe. :)
