Over the years, I have developed high hotel standards. I would never suggest a place to stay to a client if I did not stay there myself. I am constantly looking for the next coolest place to visit. Our trips are usually dotted with hikes, ski days or excursions with some relaxing pool or beach time sprinkled in.

Jen is wonderful! Very responsive and diligent. She listened to us and provided many options. She sent confirmations and reminders and seemed to have a good relationship with the hotel — it seemed like they really went above and beyond for us because of her! She truly cared about making this a great trip and was so unbelievably kind to send us a bottle of champagne! So unnecessary but such a nice gesture! Jen is the best!

I love that she asked me to share resort examples with her to understand the "vibe" I was going for, which can be hard to describe but was very important for me on this trip.
