Jen Disler paid close attention to all my needs. She helped me select a hotel that concentrates on cleanliness and that is exactly what I found. Jen helped me select a hotel within walking distance to all local attractions- again paying attention to my requests and needs. Jen is an awesome agent, and even sent us a surprise upon check in. I would 100% recommend leveraging her skills and will certainly use her in the future.

She sent confirmations and reminders and seemed to have a good relationship with the hotel — it seemed like they really went above and beyond for us because of her! She truly cared about making this a great trip and was so unbelievably kind to send us a bottle of champagne! So unnecessary but such a nice gesture! Jen is the best!

Jen was amazing to work with! I love that she asked me to share resort examples with her to understand the "vibe" I was going for, which can be hard to describe but was very important for me on this trip. It was such a weight off my shoulders to have her verify which are the best options, have me consider travel details I may have forgotten and otherwise just feel secure that we were working with verified vendors throughout our trip.
