* Commission levels differ by travel partner, typically ranging from 10-25% and averaging ~12%. Most of that commission (70%) goes straight to you, the advisor. The remainder supports Fora's behind-the-scenes work invoicing partners and chasing commission checks to ultimately ensure timely payment to our advisors.

Book just $360/month in travel and you’ll cover your membership fees with the commission you earn.
Upon accepting your invite as a Fora Advisor, you will have immediate access to our Advisor Portal where you can start training and booking for clients. Once a part of our community, you will be encouraged to join a Kickoff Call where our Advisor Experience team will ensure you are familiar with the tools and resources you have access to.

However, as part of the accessible travel vertical, you’ll gain the specialized expertise to better serve clients with accessibility needs when they seek accessible options.

Yes! Booking travel with Fora is a powerful way for content creators to expand their existing income streams in the travel space. Unlike an affiliate program, the role of a Fora Advisor goes beyond earning commission on links—it’s rooted in planning and booking travel on behalf of your clients.
Absolutely! We’re thrilled to welcome experienced advisors to Fora. If your current book of business exceeds $100k in annual bookings, you may qualify to onboard at our Pro status. Learn more about joining Fora as an experienced advisor.
As a Fora advisor, you have complete flexibility to work from anywhere, choose your own hours, and determine your client base. This gives you control over your workload. Fora’s platform and community provide support, but ultimately, you decide how, when, and where you work, making it ideal for those who value independence and flexibility.
Through Fora’s Advisor Portal, you’ll have access to 170,000+ commissionable hotels worldwide, from luxury brands like IHG, Hyatt, Belmond, and Rosewood to boutique partners. If a hotel isn’t on our Portal, you can still book it and earn commission, as long as the property accepts Fora’s IATA number. Beyond hotels, you can also book cruises, villas, all-inclusives, tours, transportation, vacation packages, travel insurance, and more directly with suppliers.
Fora Advisors take home the majority (70%) of each commission, and Fora keeps a small portion (30%) as the host agency. After you book more than US$300k in commissionable travel in a calendar year, the split changes to 80/20 (you must re-qualify annually).
We offer two subscription plans: $99/quarter or $299/year. No matter which one you choose, your subscription gives you access to our technology, training, support, and community, as well as our IATA number and E&O insurance. There are no additional costs or hidden fees.
No, Fora does not have any minimum booking requirements or sales quotas. You can book as much—or as little—as you’d like.
Just note: While earning commission on your own trips is a great perk of being a travel advisor, Fora’s platform is designed to empower advisors to build thriving businesses. As part of our membership policies, advisors are expected to book travel for clients beyond themselves.
Nope—you can join Fora either as a 1099 independent contractor or through an LLC. If you start out as a 1099 independent contractor and later decide it makes more sense to run your business through an LLC or other legal entity, that’s completely fine—you can make that switch at any time.
Yes! You can easily upgrade to the annual plan anytime after joining.
