Karyn Pavich

Karyn was a dream to work with! I first reached out to her to talk about booking a cruise. She responded with several fantastic options. When we had questions or concerns, she answered them quickly and provided new options to meet our new requirements. When we decided we didn't want a cruise after all and maybe an all inclusive beach vacation, she found several properties with a range of options and helped us think through what we really wanted. Not only did she provide expert travel advice with great options in our price range, but she also really talked with us about what we hoped this vacation would be and helped us come to clarity about what we wanted. Once we settled on Finest, she handled all the booking like a pro, including our travel insurance, etc. and I never worried about a single detail again! We loved the Trip app that included all of our trip documents in one place, recommended itinerary additions, and an easy to use interface. I have never used a travel adviser before, but Karyn convinced me I should always do so in the future and I would 100% work with her again!

Karyn was wonderful! I loved that she took the answers to our survey and presented us with options (Costa Rica) that we hadn't considered. She also gave great advice about the flights and the travel insurance, and took the time to come up with ideas for excursions for us that were appropriate to the age of our children. Karyn was also very easy to communicate with. We'd absolutely book another trip through her!

I have had poor experiences in the past with travel agents and was very hesitant to book my trip through an agent. However, Karyn was amazing! She was in constant contact with me, answered my questions immediately and I really felt she got us a wonderful deal on an amazing trip and help make our anniversary celebration so special!

Karyn really came through for me in short order as I was frantically trying to fill in holes in my Culebra and San Juan vacation itinerary. I had intended to plan it all myself, but really needed some local knowledge which she very much possessed. Karyn was quite responsive, particularly given the time sensitivity around the last minute changes and additions I was looking to make to my trip plan.
