My arrival set the tone for the exceptional service that defines Susurros del Corazón. When informed my room wasn't quite ready, the staff immediately addressed my needs by setting me up in a comfortable workspace with breathtaking views, complemented by freshly made chips and dip. This thoughtful touch demonstrated their commitment to guest comfort from the very first interaction.
Accommodation features:
Each guest is assigned a personal "Cuate" (buddy) who provides orientation and remains available throughout the stay. My Cuate delivered an informative tour of my accommodations and highlighted the resort's extensive activity offerings.
What truly distinguishes the rooms is the celebration of Mexican craftsmanship. Every amenity is locally sourced and created, from the stylish ponchos (which pair surprisingly well with formal attire for evening dining) to the signature rosemary oil and heart-shaped loofah that have now become part of my daily routine. Guests can purchase these thoughtful items to bring the Susurros experience home.

The heart of the resort features three magnificent pools arranged to create a social hub while still allowing for peaceful relaxation. The atmosphere strikes a perfect balance – lively enough for entertainment but serene enough for rejuvenation. The thoughtfully curated music and abundant sunshine create an inviting environment that appeals to families and larger groups.
Dining experience:
The culinary program at Susurros del Corazón deserves special recognition. Featuring locally sourced ingredients, the breakfast offerings showcase the region's finest fruits and vegetables. A mysterious orange dip became an immediate favorite of mine, especially when paired with their masterfully crafted mezcal cocktails. Even the presentation details, like their uniquely designed ice buckets, demonstrate the property's commitment to aesthetic excellence.
Wellness amenities:
All guests enjoy access to the resort's comprehensive hydrotherapy circuit at the spa – a feature often reserved for spa treatment clients at other properties. This inclusive approach to wellness reflects the resort's dedication to providing a complete luxury experience for every guest.
