The booking was simple enough, just needed to add my rewards account detail to the stay once I got there.

Jonna was amazing from beginning to the end... She was on point when originally showing us the hotel options, everything was exactly what we were looking for... Once we made our decision or hotel was booked instantly and with weird special requests that we had, like being afraid of heights and requesting a low floor.. We also forgot to book our last night and Jonna was able to find us a last minute room, on a crazy busy weekend, very last minute... I will never go on a trip again without booking through Jonna, she made traveling fun and took all of the extra stress away. She was always available and ready to help when she was needed!

Jonna responded quickly to every question and concern. Her calm, thorough efficiency made planning this trip so easy! Would rate her 10 stars if I could!

Jonna went above and beyond! She understood our personality and interests when it comes to travel and picked out a hotel in a very cool neighborhood. She even arranged for a special gift to be delivered to our hotel room that made our stay even better. We will definitely be using her services for our next vacation.
