Janine Dawson's service was top-notch! She is very organized and thorough and made it easy for me to review the options available for my price range. She did all the research, and made recommendations based on her assessment of the information, but left it completely up to me to decide. After making the selections, she took care of the rest of the details. She was outstanding in following up with reminders on actions I needed to take prior to travel, up to the day of my travel. She also arranged the transport to and from the hotel, and assisted in booking excursions. The hotel transport and check in process was seamless.
