While it takes a moment to adjust to Ett Hem’s rhythm—there are no formalities, no signs, no hotel-like structure—once you settle in, it’s impossible not to be enchanted.

Some places don’t need time to win you over—they just feel like home from the first hour. Stockholm did that to me when I first had the chance to visit the Swedish capital back in December 2023. Since then, I’ve been back regularly to the land of ‘fika’ , ‘kanelbullar’, ABBA, and the Nobel Prize, with each trip deepening my interest and knowledge in Swedish culture. Stockholm draws you in quietly: good design that serves a purpose, nature braided into daily life, and an easy hospitality that makes a travel advisor’s job a pleasure.

Forestis is much more than a luxury hotel tucked away in the Dolomites — it’s a retreat built around the philosophy of pure, healing energy from nature. "Outstanding" is the word that might come close enough to describe Forestis. The level of attention to detail, the quality of service and everything around it made my experience truly extraordinary.

In February of 2025, I stayed at Hotel Providence in Paris. The customer service is outstanding at this property, from the proactive concierge to the reception and hotel manager. I would stay here again and highly recommend this boutique hotel for couples' and girls' trips.
