Portland is known for being weird and eclectic, but it is also known for its food scene and nightlife. I travel for food and a good party vibe, making Portland one of my favorite cities for a long weekend. If you want great bites, amazing cocktails, local wine, and dancing, all with Pacific Northwest charm, then Portland needs to be on your travel list immediately.

Vegas is a destination for short bursts and big fun. Doses are always recommended to maximize your experience and leave you wanting more—in my opinion. Only have time or capacity for 48 hours in Vegas? No problem—that is a great amount of time to get a lot out of your weekend.

Seattle has one of the most iconic skylines in the world, in my not-so humble opinion. What better way to experience the breathtaking views of the Salish Sea and Olympic Mountain Range than staying right downtown near Pike Place Market? There are so many amazing things to do in this incredible city, that taking it neighborhood by neighborhood really lets you see all the faces and personalities of Emerald City on their own.
