Curator’s statement
Vegas is a destination for short bursts and big fun. Doses are always recommended to maximize your experience and leave you wanting more—in my opinion. Only have time or capacity for 48 hours in Vegas? No problem—that is a great amount of time to get a lot out of your weekend.

Day 1: Arrive

Me at the Sphere for Subtronics in Oct 2025
You will arrive at the Harry Reid International Airport, where your private transfer will greet you and sweep you to your hotel. If rideshare is more your vibe, there is a whole floor of the parking garage dedicated to rideshares with handy lane lines for easy finding and ensuring you have the right driver.
Once you get to your hotel, decide what you want to eat and make a reservation if needed. The concierge or your travel agent can do this ahead of time for you. Dinner will be the start to your evening, so make sure it is a good base and sets you up for success. I personally recommend Carver Steak House or Delmonico Steakhouse for amazing food that will stick with you for the rest of the evening.
Tonight is the night for music and dancing! The clubs stay open super late so you don’t want to be getting back to your hotel room two hours before you need to leave for your departure flight. I suggest looking at the lineup ahead of time to choose the weekend that is right for you. However, there is always someone amazing playing at every club on the strip. My favorite clubs are:
Zouk at Resorts World—great atmosphere and layout, and they always have great talent.
Encore Beach Club (day and night are both my favorites)—huge space to never feel cramped, pool is open day and night, great table options, and have been getting into the heavier EDM scene with people like Sullivan King and DJ Diesel.
Lastly, The Sphere—not a club, but this is one of my favorite venues of all time. I would see anyone playing at the Sphere. The acoustics, the visuals, the whole package is well worth it. I saw Subtronics at the Sphere in October and have been wanting to go back ever since. The Wizard of Oz has a residency that is on my bucket list, too.
Day 2: Rest & Cirque du Soleil

O—Cirque du Soleil
Sleep in and recover from your late night. Most of the hotels listed above offer their breakfast credit throughout the day—so no need to wake up early to enjoy that perk. Today is about exploration and the quintessential Vegas activities. Do some shopping on the strip. My favorite options are the Miracle Mile Shops and Grand Canal Shoppes at the Venetian. Both offer easy access to the strip and hotels, which are super nice in the summer to be able to cut through hotels for the a/c. There is a good variety at both with something for everyone including food and drink options, as well.
Next, head to Area 15 for some whimsical fun for the whole group. The Haley’s Comet Sky Ride add-on is a must-do in my opinion. The whole space—indoor and outdoor—is so much fun. The observation tower does not spin anymore (as of October 2025), so keep that in mind. I am not great with heights, so just sitting at the top of a 100 ft ride with just my thoughts and the same view was not ideal for me. The laser maze was my absolute favorite thing we did, though. Arcades are always fun and you get a good amount of tokens with the base ticket.
Tonight, have another amazing dinner—Resorts World food court is next-level if you want something a bit more casual with a ton of options.
After dinner, take in a Cirque du Soleil show or something more off-the-beaten-path like Absinthe—a debaucherous circus-style show featuring a whimsical cast. There are several Cirque du Soleil options that are sure to please everyone in your group. “O” is the classic, must-do show, but choose what is right for you. They can be found in hotels up and down the strip.
If you want more after the show is over, there are several amazing cocktail bars—I suggest one of the many speakeasies or the Ice Bar for an out-of-the-box option. If you are ready to end your evening after the show, enjoy your hotel room with an in room snack from the room service menu.
Day 3: Final day

I suggest starting your day with breakfast and a massage before you have to head out for the airport. All of the above hotels have wonderful spas. There are also lovely off-strip options if you really want an adventure on your travel day. That is too much stress for me, but to each their own. The Fontainebleau has a wonderful circuit with cold plunge, saunas, steam rooms, aromatherapy rooms, and more if you don’t want a full massage service.
Once you are ready, grab a cab, Uber, or your private transportation set up by your travel agent to the airport. I hope you had an amazing time for your two nights in Vegas.
Need to know
Use a promoter to get on the guest list or for great table options at the club. There are plenty out there, but I have my favorites to work with that have always come through for me.
Always add 10 minutes to your walking directions due to how large the hotels are, the pedestrian walkways that are sometimes broken or not taken into consideration in the maps apps.
Clubs and venues have dress codes. Make sure you follow those guidelines in order to actually get in.
The food options can be overwhelming, so it is helpful to look them up ahead of time to have an idea of what looks good, what you are willing to walk to, etc.
