Syd goes above an beyond for her clients. I requested a hotel in Lisbon in a prime location with space for 3 people. Syd was incredibly responsive in the planning process, and recommended the perfect hotel for our group. The hotel was clean, spacious and close to all that Lisbon has to offer. Additionally, Syd sent our group a thoughtful note, bottle of Champagne, and flourless chocolate cakes. It was such a nice surprise! Will definitely be booking with Syd again soon.
