We had an incredible 20-day journey through Europe, and we cannot thank Joycelyn enough for making it so easy and memorable. Our trip covered Prague, Salzburg, Vienna and Budapest, and every aspect was handled with extreme attention to detail.

She carefully crafted our entire itinerary, incorporating our desires to visit specific cities and landmarks, taking into account we were traveling with our 8-year-old son. She also booked the tours we requested and arranged excellent private transportation for several cities, and to/from hotels as needed.

She provided us with several hotel options in each city, allowing us to choose based on our preferences and budget. Once we made our selections, she handled all the reservations, and every hotel recommendation was excellent. When we had to cancel one hotel due to unexpected itinerary changes, she handled the cancellation and ensured we received the appropriate refund.

Throughout the trip, Joycelyn stayed in close contact, checking in to ensure everything was going smoothly and answering any questions we had. She offered valuable recommendations for vegetarian-friendly restaurants and other points of interest, especially for our 8-year-old son. Her attention to detail was excellent: she proactively checked reservation dates for events we wanted to attend, ensuring we didn’t miss out on anything due to availability issues.

She contacted the transfer company on our behalf, advocated for us, and successfully secured a full refund due to the company's unsatisfactory service. It was clear that she genuinely cared about making sure we had the best possible experience, even after the trip had already begun.

Throughout our vacation, Joycelyn continued to check in with us to make sure everything was going smoothly. That level of care, professionalism, and dedication is rare.

Joycelyn did an outstanding job planning the Rome portion of our vacation as well as the cruise. Traveling with a group of seven can be challenging, but she found the perfect hotel accommodations for our family. She was able to book two comfortable rooms that fit our budget while also securing a fantastic central location within walking distance of many of Rome's most famous attractions, as well as great shopping and restaurants.

Her recommendations didn't stop with the hotel. Joycelyn also helped us choose reliable, family-friendly tour companies that made our visit to Rome both fun and memorable. The Colosseum tour she recommended was excellent—well organized, engaging, and a wonderful way to experience such an incredible historic site.
