Joycelyn did an outstanding job planning the Rome portion of our vacation as well as the cruise. Traveling with a group of seven can be challenging, but she found the perfect hotel accommodations for our family. Joycelyn was a huge help in planning my trip. I had so many questions since I've never taken a cruise before and I'm pretty sure I asked the same questions several times, and Joycelyn promptly and patiently answered me each time. She also offered suggestions that would help me make my trip better, including going a day early to Anchorage in case of flight delays. She helped set expectations on what tours were or weren't available since I was booking so early in the season.
