Ms May provided exceptionally helpful and prompt services. Although this was our first experience with her, she quickly understood our requirements and accordingly suggested accommodation. She never pushed us towards her suggested hotel but made us aware of its pluses and minuses. Her presentation and recommendations were absolutely first rate and most helpful. We were fully satisfied with her service and would definitely be requesting her services for our future trips. In the first trip itself, she has established enough credibility and trust with us giving us the confidence to recommend her to our friends and relatives.

Joycelyn was a great help in planning our stay in LA. She was so patient as she helped us find the tours that we booked and the restaurants with a view of the beach that we wanted to try. We were very happy with all of her recommendations.
The only challenge was we underestimated the impact the traffic in LA would have on our plans and scheduled too many activities on one of the days. My friends and I realized it would have been too much to do and had to cancel a tour. We were fine with our decision, we just wished we had one more day to experience all of Joycelyn's great recommendations. I will definitely work with Joycelyn again for future vacations.

Special thanks to Joyce for planning our entire Sonoma trip!!! It was incredible - we went to so many different types of wineries … big, small, off the beaten path. Everyday was a little different from being driven around to biking with the kids. And every meal was planned to perfection. We cannot wait to plan our next trip with her :) it’s clear that she loves creating special moments for the family that will be unforgettable!

Winter Magic in Crested Butte: Your Guide to Colorado’s Coolest Mountain Town
Crested Butte is one of my favorite ski towns in Colorado, and my family makes the trip there every year. It takes a bit more effort to get to from the Denver area, but the drive itself is a lovely, easy half-day road trip that winds through charming small towns along the way. This historic mining town, with its colorful Victorian buildings and rich past, is arguably the last authentic ski town in Colorado. Off the mountain, the town itself is a major part of the experience—full of character, friendly locals, and a surprising number of excellent restaurants that rival those in much larger destinations.

Savor the Vine: A Guide to Three Wineries in Chile’s Colchagua Valley
Need a break from Santiago’s nonstop buzz? Just hop in the car, and in about two hours, you’ll find yourself in the heart of Chilean wine country: the Colchagua Valley. It’s the kind of place where time slows down, the scenery stuns, and the wine flows (generously). One of the best parts? Most vineyards here let you wander through the vines at your own pace—no fences, no fuss. Colchagua is all about laid-back vibes, friendly faces, and bold reds like Carménère and Syrah, or crisp rosés and bright Sauvignon Blancs if those are what you fancy. Besides the wines, amazing food can also be found at some of these wineries!
