Jolene made the process of booking SO easy. She gave us recommendations on multiple beautiful hotels within our price range. We even had to cancel and reschedule and she handled everything, saving us time and money. We will be working with Jolene for future trips!!

Jolene is a ROCKSTAR!! She is so beyond helpful- no detail is too small. She helped us manage our transportation to and from the resort, reservations for activities in advance, went above and beyond to check in throughout the trip to make sure it went smoothly - everything you could want from a travel agent and more! She even sent us an amazing treat in both of our rooms and was beyond thoughtful. Will continue to book all travel through her and recommend her to all of my friends, too!
