Chanel was an absolute godsend. We had thought it would be best to try an Airbnb however, the timeframe and locations provided did not yield the outcome necessary for us to catch our early morning train. Only a few days out from our intended over night stay Chanel was able to secure the perfect location with ease. She quickly grasped an understanding of our preferred style for this specific stay and the demand of location priority. We were amazed by her calm and immediate response with numerous options, all which were available through her network. We were so impressed that we asked Chanel to book the balance of our trip.

Chanel Flores is a professional and knowledgeable expert in travel. Her knowledge of Washington D.C., and the recommendation of the Riggs Hotel was everything we requested. Since we had no prior experience with a Fora Advisor, we could not have imagined how perfect Chanel's recommendation of the Riggs Hotel would have turned out. Chanel suggested, “Far enough away from protests yet in walking distance to National sites”. We were simply so hesitant (all four of us) to give up control and rely on the expertise of another. Once we agreed to Chanel's recommendation, we are so thankful since it was fantastic. Given that the sisters were traveling from various parts of the country on public and private modes of transportation it was extremely important for us all to have quick responsive communications which Chanel provided timely and precious communication throughout our trip. Upon check in we felt as if we were royalty because the front line staff immediately welcomed us and recognized Chanel from Fora in the booking. It made us feel very special. Also, the upgrades Chanel was able to provide without additional expense were extremely generous. Upfront, Chanel made no promises but assured us should would try. Chanel secured us extra spending credits for each room to be used in the hotel bar and cafe. Chanel's service is exemplary and we are most appreciative of her care and concern for our annual sisters trip. We all agree, it's in our best interest to book future trips with an expert Fora Advisor. Thank You Chanel!
