Brittany Russell is by far the best travel planner I have ever have. She made our trip comfortable - took into consideration our wants and my children's ages. Her recommendations were spot on. She gave a full itinerary, and we could edit as we liked. She gave us plenty of fun things to do and see. We will definitely have her book our next adventures to come! Her recommendations on restaurants were perfect as well!

Brittany did a phenomenal job of providing excellent entertainment ideas while in Montreal, in addition to recommending the Fairmont The Queen Elizabeth. I attended a Christmas light show in Notre Dame Cathedral, had a unique brunch in a private Igloo atop the William Gray hotel and spent time in a quaint Christmas Village with food, art and music kiosks. Great experience.

Brittany was fantastic from start to finish. She had it all planned and ready for me to go. I did not have to worry about a thing my itinerary came. It had everything I needed on it. She went above and beyond. I had some custom things that she sent in my room upon arrival it was absolutely perfect. She took the stress away and also got me additional credits to use on my stay. Brittany was a pleasure to work with! She took into account all of the activities and requests our large group had, and put it into a simple, lovely itinerary that was easy to follow. The surprise bottle of champagne upon check-in was a nice touch to kick off our girls weekend. Brittany was able to answer any questions we had, was so friendly and knowledgable.
