The Four Seasons Hotel in Houston
The Four Seasons Hotel in Houston was nothing short of extraordinary. If you're seeking a luxurious and hospitable retreat in downtown Houston, this is the place to be.
When you step into the lobby you can feel the warmth, surrounded by marble and mahogany. The staff is very welcoming and is intent on making you feel like an honored guest.
The guest rooms at the Four Seasons are spacious and provide great views of the city or the fabulous Four Seasons pool. The down bedding and pillow will guarantee a restful night of sleep and the plush slippers and robe will make you not want to leave your room — that's ok, you don't have to! Order the wonderful room service and post up by the window with a book and relax how ever you want!
Dining options here are a culinary journey in themselves. The St. Regis Houston
The St. Regis Houston is another great luxury hotel in Houston, located between downtown and the Galleria. If you're looking for quiet luxury tucked away from the busy city with the added touch of Southern charm, the St. Regis is what you are looking for.
Upon stepping into the grand lobby, you are immediately struck by the hotel's timeless style. This hotel really does feel like a retreat from the city's busy streets and lifestyle.
The guest rooms at the St. Regis are spacious, soothing, and have amazing views of the downtown skyline or tree-lined park. The attention to detail in the furnishings and amenities is impressive, ensuring a comfortable and memorable stay.
The Remington Restaurant is upscale in every way–ambiance and service–with a Texas twist. Their menu has a variety of dishes that cater to any palate, and the sommelier's recommendations are always spot-on. But my favorite experience here is the afternoon tea! The Tea Lounge is delightful for everyone, serving kids PB&J and macaroons alongside the adults so everyone can enjoy the lounge.

The Houstonian Hotel, Club & Spa
The Houstonian Hotel, Club & Spa is a hotel I have been a frequent visitor at for two decades, and it's safe to say that this hidden escape is one of my favorite luxury hotels in Houston.
The moment you drive onto the 27-acre wooded property, you're greeted with a tranquility that will transport you from the bustling city. The hotel's wooded surroundings and well-manicured gardens create a sense of calm, making it easy to forget you're in the middle of Houston.
The recently renovated guest rooms at The Houstonian are inviting, filled with light and have views of the surrounding greenery. Their plush bedding, peaceful views and attention to detail with your stay are bound to have you wanting to come back or extend your stay.
The Houstonian's star restaurant is Tribute–showing off the city's love for food with authentic flavors and dishes from Texas, Louisiana, and Mexico, you are bound to want to try the whole menu.
The best feature of the Houstonian is the Trellis Spa, which resembles a European villa and their pool and fitness facilities. You have access to three resort pools, running trails and the Houstonian Club–an exclusive club that has indoor basketball and tennis facilities, 300+ pieces of workout equipment, 180+ classes and more!
The genuine Southern hospitality of the staff is always a highlight. They will make you feel like a cherished guest from the moment you arrive. On top of all that, the hotel's central location makes it a convenient base for exploring Houston's attractions, from the Museum District to the Galleria shopping.
