In the afternoon, the bartender workshop is a must: you’ll learn to craft signature cocktails with fresh local ingredients (and yes, you’ll get to sip your creations). Day three is the heart of our trip—a milestone birthday celebrated in the most meaningful way. We begin with a sunrise romantic breakfast, the perfect quiet moment to take in the beauty of Mandarina together. The rest of the day is spent poolside and exploring the resort before ending with a private, candlelit dinner under the stars—an unforgettable tribute to my love on their special day.
