Day 1: Arrive in Dublin

I like to have day one be the day after arriving since you will feel the jet lag from such a long flight.

Explore Dublin: Being in Dublin is like any downtown in the city, except you will notice the buildings are different. For this first day, take the bus tour where you can hop on and off at 27 different stops in and around Dublin. Take this day to really sightsee, visit the structures on the stops like St. Patricks Cathedral, Dublin Castle, Trinity College, a few named distilleries and the local pubs/bars.

Eats: Stop for lunch at the oldest pub in Dublin called the Brazen Head. Another place to have lunch or dinner is Lotts Cafe and Bar. For those traveling and above the age of 18, a well-known bar that I recommend a stop at is Temple Bar where you can enjoy a drink and live entertainment.

Day 2: Cork

One of the must-do attractions is Blarney Castle. This is where you kiss the stone as it is believed to give the gift of the gab.

Eats: Take a stop at the Marina Market for a range of food perfect to suit everyone.

Cobh: Not too far away from Cork is Cobh. If you have time on this day, take a drive here as one of the attractions is the Titanic Experience where you will discover the history behind this day.

Day 3: The Ring of Kerry, Killarney

This is going to take up most of your day as you stop and go on this drive. The drive itself without stopping to do the complete Ring of Kerry takes about three hours. There are some roads taking you off this ring to get to a few other sightseeing places and then will bring you back on.
A few places that are must-stops are Muckross Abbey, Ross Castle, Torc Waterfall, and Ladies View. The drive itself is very scenic but if you really want to get a lot more breathtaking views, the Gap of Dunloe is on the list of recommendations.

Eats:
Some good eats are at restaurants called The Laurels and Porterhouse for some good pub food. For dessert, stop at Murphy's Ice Cream. They have really good flavors with their top ones being Chocolate Whiskey, Dingle Sea Salt, and Honeycomb Caramel.

Day 4: Limerick

North from Killarney, make your way over to Limerick and stop by King John's Castle. This is a tour where you learn the history behind this castle. It is very interactive and great for families with younger children.
This next recommendation is a two-for-one where not only can you tour a castle, but why not eat there too! Take the rest of the day to explore Bunratty Castle and Folk Park, then have a medieval dinner feast to complete your experience.

Day 5: Doolin and Galway

After getting a good night's rest from your feast and of course, getting your fill on the full Irish breakfast, take off in the morning to make your way over to Doolin where you will stop to see the Cliffs of Moher. This is such a grand sight to see! If you don't know, these cliffs are seen in a few of our favorite movies like Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince and Thor: Ragnorak. Take your time here. The sight is majestic!

The next town north is Galway where you can visit the Spanish Arch, Eyre Square and Galway Cathedral.

Eats: In the heart of Galway, if you are looking for some authentic and delicious Italian cuisine, stop by Woozza. The owners here came from Italy and the interior decoration makes you feel like you are there.

For some good drinks, there is O'Connels Bar which has some good live music and the place where Ed Sheeran filmed his music video for Galway Girl.

Need to know

After your visit in Galway, you can make your way back to Dublin as your adventure ends here. Of course, this is a squeezed version, but you can always extend this out to being an extra few days to have more time in each place.
