Advisor - Let's Visit Jamaica
Curator’s statement

Montego Bay, Jamaica will always be my favorite place, it is where I became engaged with the love of my life. The weather was beautiful and the atmosphere was so welcoming and inviting. Jamaica had so many options to relax or party without each option interfering with one another. Jamaica is definitely my definition of paradise.

Things to do on Jamaica

Peace can be captured next to your loved one in the middle of the Caribbean Sea.

Let’s start with the arrival, VIP style with Club Mobay Sangster airport, with snacks and drinks included, will always set the tone and is the start to your vacation. I loved to relax by one of the many pools on the resort or if you’re looking for something more exciting, Dunns River Falls for a daytrip is always a beautiful site. The guided local tours and learning about the culture and enjoying different foods. From horseback riding in the Caribbean Sea to ATV riding, it was all a rush.

Places to eat & drink on Jamaica

Good vibes, eats and drinks.

  • Snappaz is a seafood grill and sports bar—the food is always fresh.

  • Marina Palms is a great restaurant with amazing food and vibes.

  • Marguerites Seafood by the Sea has immaculate views with also a hidden gem in the back, a speakeasy.

  • KFC is a must-try before returning home.

  • Margaritaville, famous for their waterslide into the sea and the best festive drinks, as well as the party vibes.

  • Pier 1—beautiful waterfront views, later turns into a party.

  • Houseboat Grill, unique and romantic floating restaurant.

Need to know

For a safe trip, stay in secured areas, use reputable transportation such as, Club Mobay. Travel insurance is highly recommended, especially for travels between June and November (hurricane season). Bring sunscreen high SPF and insect repellent to help with mosquito bites and sunburn. Best time to visit for the best weather is between December and April, but for less crowds, April/May and October/November will be best for you. From all-inclusive resorts to relaxing on a beach, Jamaica has it all!
