Shasta booked the most wonderful, special birthday staycation for our family. The booking process was seamless and easy. Shasta communicated promptly, answering all of my questions, offering helpful suggestions from her expertise and she showed patience even when our plans changed a couple of times. She was able to get us complimentary upgrades, resort credits to use toward our incidentals and even free breakfast! We will definitely be using all of Shasta’s services in the future, and we look forward to working with her again. Thank you Shasta!!!

Shasta did an excellent job of hearing our desire for a memorable "final" spring break with all four of our children that would allow family time as well as adult time. She handled all of the details and went above and beyond. I will use Shasta again for our next vacation whether it's family or just adults.
