My first experience with a travel advisor was well above my expectations. Patti took time to explain our booking, the beautiful things the Empress had to offer and also recommended some amazing places near by that were a must to check out. It was like she knew what we would enjoy!! An amazing experience!! AND the personized card that was waiting for us in our room from Patti and her team... the little things that make an experience a memorable one.

Patti went above and beyond to make sure my trip to Mexico was perfect. The upgrades and VIP treatment at The Riviera Maya EDITION At Kanai was very much appreciated. She also found the best tour operator for my solo day trip so I didn't have to worry about figuring out transportation, fees, transfers, or anything. I'm already looking forward to having Patti assist me on my next big trip!

The booking process worked absolutely perfectly! Patti showed us several hotels that matched our preferences and highlighted the advantages of each, which helped us make the right decision. Communication was smooth and effortless, as she quickly found options that met our expectations. Thanks to her, we were able to book a fantastic hotel at a great price, along with many extra perks.
Another highlight were the wonderful benefits we received: 100 USD credit per week to use for food and drinks, plus an additional 250 AED for experiences or spa visits. On top of that, we got 30% off food and beverages, breakfast included, and even a complimentary room upgrade. These extras not only saved us money but also made our holiday even more enjoyable.

Patti was extremely accommodating, kind, and patient! She worked very quickly to make hotel arrangements, communicating all details in a timely manner.
