One of my favorite surprises was the complimentary fleet of electric bikes available to guests. It’s such a thoughtful inclusion, particularly when many luxury resorts charge significant rental fees. It makes exploring Whistler’s incredible network of valley trails effortless, scenic, and enormously fun.

The spa is exactly what you’d hope for after a day spent in the mountains—peaceful, restorative, and beautifully designed. The main pool area has a vibrant family atmosphere and, without an adults-only section, can become lively during busy periods. For those staying in the Four Seasons Private Residences, there is the added luxury of a dedicated residents’ pool, offering a quieter and more exclusive experience.

Dining is another highlight of the resort. Sidecut is, quite simply, outstanding. The cuisine is exceptional, but it’s the atmosphere that lingers long after dinner. Warm lighting, intimate spaces, and impeccable service create one of the most romantic dining experiences in Whistler. Even without staying at the hotel, Sidecut is absolutely worth reserving for dinner.

While Whistler is world-famous for skiing, summer may be one of its best-kept secrets.
