Our 7‑day journey through Rome, Florence, and Venice was more than a vacation — it felt like a gift, and that’s entirely because of her. From the very beginning, she listened closely to what we wanted and presented several hotel and flight options that matched our lifestyle and preferred price point perfectly. As a designer, the perfectionist in me is always trying to craft the “ideal” trip, but she put me completely at ease — it was such a relief to let someone who has traveled so extensively lead the way with such confidence and care.
Every transfer, tour, and reservation unfolded with such ease that we were able to move through Italy almost effortlessly. The itinerary blended iconic highlights with elevated, insider experiences that made each day feel special and intentional. We never felt rushed — only cared for — and that balance is incredibly rare.
What meant the most was how she anticipated the little things: the timing, the pacing, the moments to pause and breathe — even building in space to recover from jet lag. It turned a beautiful trip into something deeply personal and unforgettable. All we had to do was enjoy, and that is the true mark of exceptional concierge service.
