My Story
I’m an Oregon girl, obsessed with chasing the sun. My travel crew includes my husband (he works remotely) and our toddler son—affectionately known as Jet Set Jax. After 10+ years owning and operating a boutique wedding and events venue in Portland, OR, I’ve shifted my planning superpowers to the world of travel. Whether it’s curating once-in-a-lifetime adventures or simply taking hotel and transportation bookings off your to-do list, I’m here to make your travel easier. I believe hotel rooms need more hooks, everyone needs more leisure, and there’s no such thing as “too many snacks.” Consider me your travel-obsessed friend who will handle all of the details so you can leisure more.
Travel Style
I don’t think there’s anything better than discovering a new place—except maybe finding one you can’t wait to go back to. Travel should feel exhilarating from start to finish. I actually love packing, especially the challenge of taking less so there’s space to bring treasures home. I like building itineraries that are full but still leave room to relax. And honestly, sometimes the best moments come when you’re just a little outside your comfort zone. I always make time for a sunset and something local to eat—those are non-negotiables.

Margo was absolutely amazing helping us plan our trip! She had incredible recommendations and saved us so much time throughout the entire process. Everything was handled seamlessly, from transportation and tours to hotels and restaurant recommendations. The entire experience was smooth, stress-free, and so well organized. We are so thankful for all the time and effort she put into making this trip special. We cannot wait to book our next adventure with Margo!

I told Margot I wanted to take my wife to an all-inclusive resort in Mexico for her 40th birthday. And, she presented three options. I chose one and Margot took care of every detail, including making sure we were booked on a sunset cruise for my wifes actual birthday. I am never traveling again without Margot’s planning assistance.

Palm Springs: Desert Love with a Toddler
Palm Springs, California, is one of those destinations that has something for everyone. But my latest obsession is bopping around the desert with my toddler. The Palm Springs airport gives a proper welcome with minimal fuss and ease in getting to your hotel destination. Pack a good hat, stroller fan, and walking shoes. This desert oasis is sure to impress even the littlest jet-setter. There’s plenty of outdoor fun to be had, whether lounging by the hotel pool or exploring the cacti. Palm Springs also offers plenty of upscale, kid-friendly restaurants, all wrapped up in that unmistakable California cool vibe.

Guide to a Rustic Baja Beach Town with Luxury Amenities
I fell in love with Los Cerritos Beach—it’s rustic, luxury, and all things Baja. Turning off the main highway, you will drive on an unpaved, potholed dirt road lined with cardon cacti. Once you pass the giant palapa that is Shaka’s Cantina, you’ll begin to see new developments popping up. As the car gets closer to the ocean, the sights of surfers and beach chairs will fill the view. You’ll know you’ve arrived when the giant orange villa on the bluff appears. This beach town is a secondary market to the bustle of Cabo San Lucas, which is an hour south, and a quick drive to the cultural mecca of Todos Santos, just 20 minutes north. I found this beach by following my desire to swim in the ocean. Much of Baja has such a big riptide that there are only a few swimmable places—this is one of them!
