My Story
I’m a physician in New Orleans, and every week I’m off, I travel. Across 45+ countries and five continents, I’ve learned the best trips aren’t about checking off destinations—they’re about finding real stillness. Every property I recommend, I’ve stayed in and paid for myself. No comped stays, no sales pitch—just an honest opinion from someone who’d book it again.
Travel Style
I gravitate toward quiet luxury over flash—places with intention behind every detail. Think private safari camps in Kenya, monastery-adjacent stays in Bhutan, boutique cave hotels in Cappadocia. I plan slow: fewer stops, deeper immersion, real rest.

We enjoyed our stay at Alila Jabal in Oman. we booked a hyatt prive rate. which gave us really good perks. Falguni was amazing to work with. She was able to work with preferred dates and we would work with her again.

Falguni was able to find us a good rate within our budget as this was last-minute. I like that she is able to send us a bookable quote and we can book it right away. We will definitely use her services in the future, and we highly recommend working with her.

Falguni is great to work with. She was able to extend my payment deadline, which I really appreciated. She is easy to communicate with. Highly recommend working with her as you will be in good hands.

Since this was a multigenerational trip, Falguni was able to narrow down the cruise sailing dates for us. She was very responsive to all our concerns, and she had really good knowledge of the Carnival cruise line. We will definitely work with her again.

Bhutan: The Last Shangri-La
I went to Bhutan looking for a destination and came home having found something I didn’t know I’d lost. Five nights, five days, and a shift in perspective that no spa or wellness retreat had ever given me. I hiked Tiger’s Nest with tired legs and a full heart, stood speechless at Punakha Dzong as two rivers converged below its golden walls, and felt the mist of Dochula Pass settle on my skin like a blessing. If you’ve ever felt the pull toward something slower and more meaningful, Bhutan is the answer.

A Slow Safari Through Kenya: From Tsavo to the Mara
I was born in Kenya, and safari isn’t an abstraction for me—it’s the landscape I grew up knowing exists. Most itineraries rush the Mara into a single overnight stop. However, I build in enough time to actually sit with the bush and let a predator sighting happen on its own schedule. This is the version of Kenya I’d want for my own family, not a highlight reel.

San Miguel Del Allende Deserves a Spot on Your Travel List
San Miguel de Allende is one of Mexico’s most charming historical towns, famous for its cobblestone alleys, colorful architecture, and vibrant cultural scene. The heart of the city is the Parroquia de San Miguel Arcángel, a stunning baroque church built from pink sandstone that glows beautifully at night under the city lights—making it one of the most photographed landmarks in Mexico. Beyond its historic charm, San Miguel is also known for its thriving art galleries, artisan markets, and cozy cafés where creativity and culture collide.
