This is the 2nd time that we've used Emily Johnson for our cruise travel planning. Both times, Emily was prompt to answer my emails, day/night, and weekends. She helped with comp'ed meals (while onboard on a Saturday evening) and helped with the booking process for my parents too. Everything was fast, easy, and smooth. No regrets!
