Dawn Voyage Travel saves you time, removes the stress of planning, and elevates your travel so every journey feels exceptional. I specialize in premium hotels and resorts, river and ocean cruises, multi-day tours, and bucket-list experiences like African safaris. I help streamline decisions, handle the details, and elevate each trip with thoughtful touches that make everything feel seamless from the start. Whether you know what you want or need my guidance, I help streamline decisions, saving time, stress, and second-guessing. My relationships with hotels and travel partners around the world often allow me to add meaningful perks and attentive behind-the-scenes support that enhance your stay in ways credit card portals and booking engines can’t. If you love the idea of having a travel concierge who treats your vacation like their own, you will feel right at home working with me.
Travel Style
I return often to places like Mexico, Maui, Napa and Sonoma, Italy, and London, always discovering something new and deepening my expertise. I love hotels that are destinations in themselves, shaping the trip with unforgettable settings and service. I work best with travelers ready to invest in a seamless, premium experience with thoughtful touches and added value along the way.

Working with Dawn has been a wonderful experience and I continue to recommend her to anyone who travels. She has been spot on with all the hotels she recommends. She was so patient working with me to set up the accommodations and transportation on such short notice for this recent trip. I had my heart set on returning to a hotel in Bruges where we had a beautiful visit many years ago. Dawn worked her magic to get us a family suite. When we had issues with the suite, she jumped in to work with the hotel to provide fair compensation for the issues. She goes above and beyond to provide special perks and surprises at every hotel. On top of taking care of all the hotel details, she offers great recommendations and tips for planning excursions. I absolutely love working with Dawn and highly recommend her!

Dawn certainly made the right choice for us for this relaxing vacation. She communicated every aspect of our trip in a timely manner and quickly made us aware of even a minor time change in our flights!

Her undivided attention was amazing!!! She took care of our flight to and from Bali as well as our hotel bookings. Spot on with everything (and more) that we were looking for. She provided us with a detailed itinerary before we left with our flight information (going and returning) as well as what to do in case of an emergency. Her attention to detail is impeccable. Her motto should be sit back, relax, and enjoy your trip because she took care of the details and this was very much appreciated. Can't wait to see where our next trip will take us. Thanks again Dawn!!!

Healdsburg: Your Gateway to Sonoma's Best Wines and Experiences
If you’re going to explore Sonoma, Healdsburg is the perfect home base. With family ties to Sonoma County and as a frequent visitor, I've grown to adore this charming town. Nestled at the crossroads of three renowned wine regions, Healdsburg blends small-town warmth with world-class wine, food and art, offering a more relaxed and affordable alternative to Napa Valley. Whether you’re strolling through galleries, savoring farm-to-table cuisine or sipping wine overlooking the vineyards, Healdsburg embodies the essence of Sonoma’s laid-back luxury.

Top Spots in Maui: Eat, Drink & Explore
Wailea, Maui, holds a special place in my heart as the destination where my husband and I honeymooned 20 years ago. Since then, we've returned numerous times, both with and without our kids, and most recently last year. Many visitors flock to Lahaina, but I believe Wailea is Maui's true gem. It offers serene luxury, walkable charm and incredible dining options that provide a more refined experience without the typical touristy feel. With plenty of exciting activities to enjoy, from ocean adventures to cultural experiences, Wailea's beauty and tranquility is ideal. It is a haven for those seeking relaxation and sophistication.

Amsterdam for a Long Weekend: Tulips, Canals & Everything Worth Your Time
Amsterdam is one of those cities that doesn’t get nearly enough credit as a long weekend destination. It’s an easy, direct flight from most Midwest and East Coast cities, compact enough to cover well in four days, and interesting in a way that earns its reputation. The canals, the architecture, the food scene, the bikes everywhere you look give it a unique character. It consistently delivers for the clients I send there, and it’s easy to see why.

The Best Hotel for a Long Weekend in Amsterdam
Amsterdam is one of those cities that doesn’t get nearly enough credit as a long weekend destination. It’s a direct flight from most Midwest and East Coast cities, compact enough to cover well in four days, and the canals, the architecture, the bikes everywhere you look give it a character that’s genuinely hard to find elsewhere in Europe. The Pulitzer Amsterdam is the hotel that matches that. It sits inside 25 interconnected 17th-century canal houses in the Jordaan, and somehow, despite having 223 rooms, it still feels like a place with a personality. This is the hotel I wish I had booked for my own stay, and it is the one I will reach for first when a client wants to feel like they’re part of the city.

A First-Timer’s Guide to Napa Valley: Where to Stay, Eat & Explore
I’ve been going to Napa Valley for years, and, despite having visited a few dozen times, I always want to go back. I love the luxury hotels that still feel easy and unpretentious, the fact that I’ll never experience every winery, and the incredible food scene. One thing I always tell people planning their first trip is that Napa Valley is so much more than the town of Napa. Where you stay, how you map out your days, and which wineries you choose really do matter and can completely shape your experience.

3 Days in Mexico City: Incredible Food, Museums & Adventures
Mexico City truly engages every sense—from its incredible food and world-class cocktails to its rich history and vibrant culture. My husband and I just returned from a long weekend there, and we were completely swept up in the energy of the city. Wandering through the Frida Kahlo and Diego Rivera museums gave us a deeper connection to these legendary artists, while floating over the Teotihuacán pyramids in a hot air balloon—surrounded by more than 75 others—was simply unforgettable. The city’s tree-lined neighborhoods, expansive green parks, and welcoming hotels strike the perfect balance between personal and luxurious. Together, they make Mexico City an ideal getaway for anyone craving exceptional food, immersive culture, and experiences that linger long after you return home.

Quiet Luxury in the Heart of London: Marylebone & Mayfair
Marylebone and Mayfair offer a rare balance in London: central and well-connected, yet full of quiet corners and a sense of place. Whether you're traveling as a couple or with kids in tow, this part of the city feels like a retreat from the pace of sightseeing, with leafy streets, beautiful architecture, and spots that locals truly love. It’s a neighborhood where you can start your day with a pastry or full English, walk to a park or stroll the high street, and then settle into dinner at one of London’s top restaurants just blocks from your hotel. For travelers looking to experience London at its most walkable and refined, Marylebone and Mayfair make for an ideal base for seeing the city while feeling like you truly belong in it.

Insider's Napa Valley: A Guide to the Ultimate Wine Country Getaway
Napa Valley is one of my favorite places to visit with my husband, who is WSET Level 2 certified. Over the years, we’ve curated a list of incredible wineries that offer truly special experiences. From farm-to-table cuisine to luxurious accommodations, Napa combines world-class wine and exceptional hospitality. The beautiful scenery enhances a relaxing destination that feels both indulgent and welcoming. For anyone who loves great wine and meaningful experiences, Napa is a place that never disappoints.
