Brande was absolutely wonderful and helping book this vacation for our family. She thought of all the small details, including safe, private, transfers to and from the airport.

She easily gave us multiple options of resorts with excellent online tours and reviews from previous clients.

We will absolutely be using Brande in the future to book more trips!

Thanks for helping us plan a beautiful vacation. Schedule was well done (a nice mix of scheduled events and open days), plane seats thoughtfully chosen and we really got a nice taste of France! Our main reasons for not giving 5 stars were due to billing confusion and some inconsistencies in the Fora app information. Ex: for the rental car, one place in the app indicated the pick up and return were in the same place, when this was not the case. Also, the address for the return was wrong - luckily I double checked or we would have gone 45 minutes out of our way.

Also, given the charges we had received prior to departure, we thought all our hotels were paid for. However, it turned out some of those charges were for my dad's rooms. We arrived in Paris and were met with a $2,000 hotel bill we did not expect....not a fun way to start a trip. We were not aware that my dad's rooms had been charged to our credit card (even though you did have his cc information). We also had a hotel where one room was pre-paid and the other was not. This caused a lot of stress and confusion for us and that overshadowed parts of what was supposed to be a once in a lifetime vacation. Clearer communication from you during planning could have prevented this entirely.

Brande offered us the exact help we were hoping for with this trip. I really loved that she narrowed down options for hotels and presented us with a diverse choice of all great options. She helped us seek out the unique experience we requested and went above and beyond when it came to assisting me with plans for our days. The itinerary she provided for us was invaluable. Brande was great to work with, and I'd highly recommend her.

We had the best time in Puerto Rico! This is our second time booking a vacation through Brande and it’s always an easy and seamless process. We absolutely loved our hotel and enjoyed all of Brande’s perks, like complimentary breakfast and a spa credit! We will be back.

Brande was exceptionally great from the beginning. I loved how she presented my birthday package format!!! She responded quickly to any questions that I may have had. She is very attentive and would definitely use her in the future… Thanks Brande!!!
