Travel Style
I’m passionate about learning about my environment, and am always seeking one-of-a-kind experiences and hidden gems when I travel. My perfect city trips include a few daily plans with plenty of time to wander and explore different neighborhoods. I gravitate towards small, boutique hotels with fabulous bars, and can usually find the perfect restaurant packed with locals, great food and ambiance. I feel equally fortunate hiking with my son in Costa Rica and experiencing water so blue it looks photoshopped, as I do taking a cheese class in Paris or hanging out with my husband and friends at the Grand Banks Oyster Bar in Manhattan on a beautiful summer day.

Writing now to comment on our entire trip experience working with Alex. Brandon and I feel like we have found TRAVEL GOLD by being introduced to Alex and working with her twice now (Italy-summer 2025 & Costa Rica). She listened to our requirements and budget and very quickly understood our desires for combining relaxation and physical activity, and boutique hotels a slightly larger resorts, and put together the most amazing trip for us. Everything went off without a hitch a the superb quality of the experiences was exactly what she promised. As well, booking all the transportation ahead ended up being a fantastic recommendation in her part. The drivers were always early, spoke great English (became impromptu tour guides as a result) and made the trip completely stress free. The FORA touches and perks that Alex surprised us with made us smile at each location.
Alex was available by text while we were traveling if we needed anything, but honestly every detail was in place so I only needed to text her pictures and videos of the fun we were having. We can’t wait to book our next trip with Alex’s expert advice!

Alex listened to what was important to us in a travel experience and Hotel Belmar more than delivered. She made sure they added the little touches (chocolate covered strawberries!) that made all the difference.

Alexandra Wiedman is very helpful and organized as well as personable. She will do as much planning/ or as little as you’d like. She made our room reservations for us and she even included free breakfast at the time of booking. She provided concierge service by locating boat trips or other fun excursions on site. Our iterinary as well as flights were included in the travel app she recommended. It was truly a pleasure working with her!

Alex is wonderful! Her communication is timely and she is so thorough.
