The world has deemed January the month of resetting. And while I'm not a big fan of punishing resolutions and socially sanctioned fitness goals, I can get behind a spectacular spa vacation.

Everyone's primed for something wellness-oriented. Why not opt for a fantastic hotel that also happens to have a fantastic spa? Below, I highlight some exclusive deals some of my favorite partners are offering during the start of the new year. That's my favorite kind of wellness.

Les Bâteaux Belmond: 15% off for 6+ nights

There is no chicer way to see the French countryside than via Les Bâteaux Belmond, the luxury brand's fleet of 12 ultra-exclusive, beautifully designed river boats. Expect heated pools, personal guides, bicycles primed for exploring idyllic towns and gourmet meals highlighting the region's finest ingredients. Fair warning, though: after an onboard stay, you won't want to see France any other way.

Fine print: available for April travel, for bookings made before January 31st.

Equinox Hotel New York: 3rd night free

If there ever was a wellness-focused hotel, Equinox Hotel New York is it. Their sprawling, multi-story gym is one of the best I've seen, and their infrared sauna, cryotherapy chamber and integrative spa make recovery all the more enjoyable. Even better, the hotel is obsessed with sleep. Rooms have been optimized for some seriously rejuvenating slumber, and if you really want to dive into the intricacies of your circadian rhythm, there's a two-night sleep program to really go deep.

Fora Perks:

  • $100 hotel / resort credit.

  • $90 daily breakfast credit.

  • Upgrade & extended check-in/out whenever possible.

Fine print: available for travel now through March 2nd.

Sublime Comporta: 3rd night free

This dreamy escape, one of my favorite hotels in Portugal, sits on a sprawling estate dotted with cork and pine trees. The holistic spa draws its inspiration from nature, as does its culinary program. Much of the hotel's produce is sourced from the onsite organic garden (which also supplies ingredients for spa treatments). Sublime Comporta even makes its own wine, gin and olive oil.

Fora Perks:

  • $100 hotel / resort credit.

  • Breakfast daily.

  • Upgrade & extended check-in/out whenever possible.

Fine print: available for travel now through February 29th.

Chileno Bay Resort & Residences, Auberge Resorts Collection: 4th night free

Auberge Resorts has been leaning into five-star wellness, and I'm here for it. At Chileno Bay, a luxe oasis in Cabo San Lucas, the out-of-this-world spa is helmed by THE WELL. The serene, chic space includes a bath house, a nap garden, a reflexology pool and several outdoor treatment rooms. THE WELL excels at combining ancient healing traditions with modern science, and you determine how hands-on (dedicated health coach, immersive rituals) or hands-off (nothing wrong with a good-old-fashioned massage) your wellness journey should be.

Fora Perks:

  • $100 hotel / resort credit.

  • $70 daily breakfast credit.

  • Upgrade & extended check-in/out whenever possible.

Fine print: available for travel now through April 30th.

Enchantment Resort: 5th night free

Few cities in the US are as synonymous with wellness as Sedona, Arizona. Enchantment Resort, amid the area's red rocks, is the ideal wellness escape. The resort is near some of the region's best hiking and mountain biking trails, and just next door, Enchantment's sister property (and recently renovated destination spa) Mii Amo awaits for some serious pampering.

Fora Perks:

  • $100 hotel / resort credit.

  • $60 daily breakfast credit.

  • Upgrade & extended check-in/out whenever possible.

Fine print: blackout dates apply.

Rosewood Luang Prabang: 3rd night free for villas & tents

Count on Rosewood to consistently knock it out of the park. Rosewood Luang Prabang, located in a hilltop forest, is a veritable bucket-list property. Spa treatments at the hotel's signature Sense Spa incorporate Laotian traditions and locally harvested botanicals. Farm-to-table cuisine can be enjoyed in the open-air Great House, or privately, near a waterfall. The drinks, too, are not to be missed: the Elephant Bridge Bar is the perfect spot for a craft cocktail enhanced with herbs and spices sourced from the hotel's organic garden. And because Fora is a part of Rosewood Elite, you'll receive extra-exclusive perks when you book with me.

Fora Perks:

  • $125 hotel / resort credit.

  • Welcome amenities.

  • Breakfast daily.

  • Upgrade & extended check-in/out whenever possible.

Fine print: available for travel now through June 30th.

Le Bristol Paris: 4th night free

Le Bristol Paris is one of the city's premier destinations. The 190-room showstopper exudes effortless French sophistication, and the Spa Le Bristol by La Prairie, unsurprisingly, deserves its own moment of silence. Here, guests can indulge in a variety of treatments, many of which have been designed in collaboration with top beauty brands, including Tata Harper, HydraFacial, KOS Paris and, of course, La Prairie. And since Fora is a member of Oetker Pearl, when you book with me, you'll unlock VIP traveler perks.

Fora Perks:

  • $100 hotel / resort credit.

  • Breakfast daily.

  • Priority access to a courtesy car.

  • Upgrade whenever possible.
