As a new travel advisor, you might ask: How exactly do I get new clients and grow my business?
Leads are often the first stop on the road to new clients. A lead is an opportunity to bring in new business—for travel agents, it’s a chance to connect with someone looking for an advisor to book or plan their travel.
At Fora, we do everything we can to support our advisors and helping them get leads is no exception. We leverage our tech and in-house talent to generate that connection between great prospective clients and dedicated travel advisors. It’s a best-in-class strategy that allows travel advisors to build their client base and generate new bookings.
Thanks to this industry-leading program, Fora Advisors receive client lead opportunities that can expand their network and increase their earnings.
Content creation opportunities
From your first day as a Fora Advisor, you’re eligible to create content that will live on Fora’s website. Fora Advisors can showcase their travel knowledge by creating unlimited user-generated content from travel guides to day-by-day itineraries to hotel reviews.
With the help of our marketing team, this content is transformed into pages on our website. These pages contain links to your profile and easy-to-use contact forms that will connect prospective clients directly to you.
Basically, you demonstrate your knowledge, and if clients like what they see, they can connect with you to help them book their next trip.
You can also use these travel guides as a marketing tool, sending links to prospective clients or including links in email newsletter. Writing about your expertise can help build out your brand and specialty.
Fora’s Client Lead Program
Once you hit Pro status as a Fora Advisor, you become eligible for the Client Lead Program, where Fora will connect you directly with clients that are looking to book travel through Fora. We created this lead program to help our advisors thrive and provide growth opportunities that are missing at other host agencies. Traditionally, travel agencies expect advisors to find their own clients, and if there is a lead program, agencies are known to take extra commission from the leads they assign.

With the Client Lead Program, advisors can choose to take on leads that come into Fora HQ directly. And, unlike other agencies, Fora Advisors make the same commission on the trips they book via in-house leads as they do on other travel bookings.
This process is managed by our expert staff at HQ. Advisors can apply for leads they want to take on (if any) according to their specific preferences and expertise. To provide travelers with the best experience, we ensure that the advisor has booked that specific destination and can service the request in a timely manner.
To qualify for Pro status, advisors need to:
Book $100k in travel per calendar year
Have 10 clients
Receive 5 reviews
