How to get here
Located in Panama's Gulf of Chiriqui, Isla Palenque is accessible via Panama City's Tocumen International Airport (PTY). From there, a one-hour flight connects to Enrique Malek Airport (DAV) in David. The resort provides transportation from David Airport to the port in Boca Chica (a one-hour drive), followed by a 15-minute boat ride to the island. Travelers from Costa Rica can fly into Golfito Airport (GLF) and arrange transfers, including help with border crossings. Once on the island, complimentary shuttle services are offered, but with the beach just steps away and lush jungles to explore, many guests prefer to get around on foot or by kayak.
