How to get here
Located off the coast of Mozambique, Anantara Bazaruto Island Resort is accessible via Vilankulos Airport (VNX), with direct flights from Johannesburg, Maputo and Kruger Mpumalanga International Airport. From Vilankulos, the resort arranges transfers to the island. Guests can choose between a 60- to 70-minute boat ride across the Indian Ocean (including a short road transfer) or a 20-minute helicopter flight offering aerial views of the Bazaruto Archipelago. Note that luggage restrictions may apply, and additional fees may be charged for transfers.
