Curator’s statement
Dublin feels intimate yet lively. What makes it special is not just its landmarks, but also its atmosphere. Staying in the heart of the city, walking between experiences, and lingering over meals allows you to truly feel Dublin rather than simply see it. It is a destination that invites you to slow down, listen closely, and leave with stories of your own.

Day 1: Arrival in Dublin & a grand welcome

Your journey begins the moment you touch down at Dublin Airport. A taxi ride delivers you comfortably into the heart of the city and to The Shelbourne, Autograph Collection, overlooking St. Stephen’s Green. Blending historic splendor with modern luxury, The Shelbourne is an experience in itself, having been a centerpiece for Dublin since 1824. Ease into the evening with dinner in one of the hotel’s elegant dining rooms, followed by a cocktail at the famed Horseshoe Bar or the resident-only 1824 Bar. A quiet moment gazing out over the park as the city lights soften is the perfect welcome to Ireland.
Day 2: Quiet morning walks & Irish whiskey traditions

Grab some tea from the lobby and head across the street for a peaceful stroll through St. Stephen’s Green, when the air is fresh and the city still feels unhurried. From there, wander to Lemon & Jelly Cafe for a cozy breakfast, where generous Irish fare and warm hospitality provide a satisfying start to the day.
In the afternoon, step into one of Dublin’s most celebrated experiences at Jameson Distillery Bow St. The guided tour blends storytelling and craft, bringing Ireland’s distilling heritage to life in an engaging and memorable way. Add the cask draw experience for a memorable pour.
After your tasting, walk to nearby The Brazen Head for lunch. Dating back to 1198 and often described as Ireland’s oldest pub, it offers hearty Irish dishes in a setting steeped in character. Later, return to your hotel to refresh before venturing out again for dinner and perhaps a visit to a nearby pub where traditional music spills warmly into the night.
Day 3: Castles, culture & a perfect pint

Your third day continues with some of Dublin’s most iconic sights. Begin at Bread 41, beloved for its artisan breads and pastries. Make sure you arrive early to ensure the best selection. Walk on over to the Dublin Castle and get a guided tour that offers insight into centuries of Irish history, from Viking origins to modern independence.
For lunch, settle into Hawksmoor Dublin for a traditional Sunday roast, a hearty ritual best enjoyed slowly. In the evening, make your way to the immersive Guinness Storehouse. As you ascend to the Gravity Bar and raise a perfectly poured pint overlooking the city at sunset, you will understand precisely why this experience remains at the top of so many travelers’ lists. End the night casually with a relaxed bite near your hotel, savoring the ease that comes from exploring a compact, walkable city.
Day 4: Gardens & a gentle farewell

On your final morning, enjoy a relaxing breakfast at The Shelbourne before crossing the street for one more stroll through St. Stephen’s Green. The landscaped paths, quiet benches, and soft morning light provide a graceful farewell. When it is time to depart, take a taxi back to Dublin Airport, allowing extra time if flying to the United States to take advantage of Dublin’s convenient pre-clearance process.
