Advisor - Aegean Affairs: A Week in Athens & Mykonos, Greece
Curator’s statement

Athens and Mykonos will always be places to return to. I got married in Mykonos, after kicking things off with a pre-wedding party in Athens, surrounded by my favorite people in two of the most iconic places in the world. These destinations hold some of my most cherished memories. From toasts on rooftops to dancing barefoot under the stars, there’s just something about the energy here that makes every moment feel magical.

Where to stay

Unlock perks by contacting Meghan to book your trip.

Day 1: Arrival in Athens

Land in the cradle of civilization and reunite with your crew. After check-in and freshening up, head to the charming neighborhood of Plaka for a casual welcome dinner. Grab a table at Scholarchio, a family-run taverna, and order mezze to share with ouzo flowing freely. It’s the perfect way to ease into Greek time. Depending on energy levels, head home to get a good night's rest, or head to 360 Rooftop bar.

Day 2: Acropolis & Anafiotika

A private Acropolis guide makes all the difference

Wake up early for a guided tour of the Acropolis — yes, it’s touristy, but it’s also iconic and quite literally can't be missed. Standing beneath the Parthenon with a sweeping view of Athens is a true “how is this real life?” moment. Afterward, cool off with coffee at Dope Roasting Co. and spend the afternoon strolling Anafiotika. That night, make a reservation at Couleur Locale or A for Athens for dinner with unbeatable Acropolis views and sunset cocktails.

Day 3: Ferry to Mykonos

All aboard! Hop a morning ferry to Mykonos (book high-speed and grab Club Class seats if possible). Once you arrive, check into your hotel, soak in that view and head to Hippie Fish or Kiki’s Tavern for a relaxed beachfront dinner. Tonight is for settling in — tomorrow, the fun ramps up.

Day 4: Chora & shopping day

Totally normal to walk over lapping waves to get to your restaurant rez

Spend the day wandering Mykonos Town (Chora) — the whitewashed alleys, bougainvillea-lined balconies and secret shops are everything. Stop for a lazy lunch at Kastro’s, and don’t miss the photo op at the iconic windmills. Grab a gelato at DaVinci, do some boutique hopping and watch the sunset from 180º Sunset Bar (reservations highly recommended).

Day 5: Day club to night club

Paradise Beach Club

Here’s where things get wild. Start at Nammos or Principote for a day beach party that rolls into golden hour. Grab dinner onsite or head to Interni to refuel before dancing until dawn at Scorpios or Alemagou. This is Mykonos at full throttle. Embrace it.

Day 6: Yacht day

If you have the option for a fire pit on your yacht, why not?

Time to live out that Mediterranean fantasy. Charter a yacht (with a skipper!) and cruise to nearby islands like Delos and Rhenia. Swim in crystal-clear coves, pop some bubbles and sunbathe on deck. Have food catered, good tunes and even better vibes. This is the main character moment of the trip.

Day 7: Chill & reflect

**Core Memory Saved**

After the whirlwind, today is for recharging. Linger over brunch at Liberty Breakfast Room, book a beach bed at Agios Sostis or treat yourself to a massage at Santa Marina’s spa. If you have the energy, one last dinner in Chora — maybe M-eating or Nōema — is the perfect send-off.

Need to know

Taxis are hard to come by in Mykonos. Having a private driver is super handy, and I happily arrange one for all of my clients. And don't be afraid of Mykonos's reputation. Party island? Yes. Full of culture and insane views? Also yes.
