Things to do in Seville

Royal Alcazar of Seville: Walk through the Royal Palace of Seville. Learn about the palace’s history, weave through all of its rooms, and enjoy the flowers in the gardens (where Game of Thrones was filmed). The palace boasts its intricate architecture, reflective of it once being used as a fortress to protect the Muslim authorities.
Catedral de Sevilla: This is one of the largest cathedrals in the world, showing off a large grandeur in a relatively small city. You can climb the Giralda tower to see panoramic views of the city.
Plaza de Espana: A grand square with impressive architecture that truly cannot be captured through photographs. A must-see in person. A canal runs through the square, where you can rent a boat and glide through the day.
Plaza de Toros de la Real Maestranza: This is the largest arena for bullfighting in all of Spain. The impressive circular-shaped building is ornamented in a distinctly Spanish style from the outside. Even during the off-season, you can imagine hearing the crowds roar during an intense bullfight.
Flamenco Show: Flamenco dance is deep-rooted in Spanish culture, expressing struggle, passion, and intensity through music, dance, and singing. The distinct voice of the song, strong tapping of feet, and the occasional “ole” make it a show worth experiencing!
Places to eat & drink in Seville

La Brunilda: An unassuming restaurant with a charming and distinct blue doorway. An upscale tapas restaurant featuring a wide range of items featuring croquettes, cod fritters, octopus, and beef tenderloin.
La Casa del Tigre: The restaurant’s name, the House of the Tiger, is an ode to the history of a resident who lived in the building with a pet tiger. The menu revolves around traditional and honest Spanish items but shows precision and contemporary flare with balanced flavors.
Bar Giralda: Located on a busy cobblestone street that’s ideal for walking through, Bar Giralda features classic tapas & beers served within a former Arab bath house. You can still see the intricate tiling throughout the restaurant as you walk through the various bathrooms.
El Rinconcillo: This is the quintessential old-school tapas bar. It’s the oldest bar in Seville! The line is out the door before it opens every day, and the bar features traditional Andalusian cuisine with a strong emphasis on seafood selections.
Bar el Comercia: Do not walk past this unassuming place! There’s a takeaway window next to the main entrance which brings you to a standup bar. There’s a good selection of tapas and small bites, but you must have the churros and chocolate. Light, airy, crispy churros with the sweet, silky chocolate will blow your mind.
Sabor a Espana: You can find this store in multiple locations, but they roast their nuts and make their chocolate fresh within the store. So the tantalizing smell of the food just draws you in and of course you’ll need a sample!
El pin-ton: A trendy restaurant with outdoor seating on a beautiful evening, featuring foods that are upscale, simple, and delicious.
Need to know
I would recommend wearing comfortable shoes and mainly walking as a form of transportation during your visit to Seville. The roads are narrow with cobblestone streets, so there are some areas where cars can barely fit through.
