Lida was very helpful and insightful in arranging accommodations for our short trip to London. She ensured that our hotel was located in a central location around the activities we planned and even provided additional recommendations for restaurants and activities for us to explore in the area. The room she booked for us was perfect--spacious and a great view of the city!
