Yuan’s expertise in travel planning truly made our trip exceptional. She used her extensive knowledge to help us locate and book a hotel that was perfectly situated and incredibly convenient for getting around. The hotel itself was beautiful, comfortable, and exceeded our expectations.
Most importantly, Yuan managed to secure an upgrade for us from a Double Room to a Suite, which was an amazing surprise and offered tremendous value for money. Her attention to detail and dedication to ensuring a great experience really stood out. Highly recommended!
