Trish was on top of everything - restaurant recommendations, creative sights to see, keeping the group together, safe and entertained. A positive attitude even in the face of surprises and a caring attitude towards everyone. Highly recommend.

Trish did everything right but Aloft staff were horrible. Trish proved that some of the reservations actually existed based on confirmation emails she had received. Despite this, Trish had to arrange for part of our group to get alternative lodging elsewhere, with no help from Aloft staff or management. Staff in restaurant were unaware that breakfasts were included with the rooms. Do not make reservations here.

Everything went to plan. Hotel location could not have been better. Trish arranged a tour to an old plantation about 45 minutes from the city. Very worthwhile but nothing can beat the swamp boat tour which followed. Captain Tom was amazing and should have his own TV show.
