We had an excellent experience working with our travel agent, Tara. She planned a trip for our family of six and was incredibly thorough in researching options and booking a lovely hotel that fit our needs perfectly. Every detail was thoughtfully handled.
Tara arranged seamless transportation to and from the airport, booked a cenote tour with a wonderful guide, and provided restaurant recommendations that we truly enjoyed. What really set her apart was how attentive she was throughout the trip—she checked in with both the hotel and with us to make sure everything was going smoothly.
