Our travel advisor could not have predicted the room situation we were faced with in Geneva. We were pleased with the response of the hotel to attempt to make us comfortable for the time. The hotel is centrally located so we could walk to the sites we wanted to visit. Definitely using our travel advisor for the future as she based all her recommendations based on our needs and wants.

Our travel advisor communicated with us on what type of hotel we would like to stay at, breakfast included, its proximity to the trains and price points. We enjoyed staying at the hotels she booked for us, never having any issues with reservations. She also presented us with information on restaurants and points of interest in the area we were staying. Highly recommend her services.
