Ms. Joseph was a true professional! All bookings were completed in a timely fashion. She made sure I had all my traveling information. I had an special event that I was celebrating and Ms. Joseph had a very special note and macaroons gift in my room when I arrived. This made me feel very special and I appreciated her for this. She went above and beyond! We had an unpleasant experience with the hotel and she made sure it was handled to my satisfaction. I will DEFINITELY book with Ms. Joseph for all my future travel!
