Travel Style
Over the last eight years, I've been fortunate enough to travel on a monthly basis to destinations both near and far from my home base of Indianapolis, IN. I've been able to craft my own personal travel style, including a touch of luxury, an open itinerary, a lot of local culture and quaint restaurants off the beaten path. I love striking a balance between activities and experiences, and relaxation (usually in a spa)! I was driven to join Fora to be able to share my love of travel with others and help them plan the perfect vacation that meets all of their needs. Sara Shelley did an outstanding job planning this trip, and her attention to detail showed in every part of the itinerary. Everything felt thoughtfully paced and intentional, striking a perfect balance between must-see landmarks and quieter local experiences. We were able to visit iconic spots like the Anne Frank House without feeling rushed, while also discovering charming off-the-path places like Café Brandon that I never would have found on my own. Her planning made the trip feel seamless and personal rather than generic, and it was clear she put real care into tailoring the experience to us. We traveled with confidence knowing each day had been carefully considered, and it made the entire journey more enjoyable.

A Multigenerational Tour of Manhattan: 5 Days in NYC
New York City is one of my favorite cities on this planet, and I had the opportunity recently to take my family to the city. My stepson and mom came with us, so there were many different tastes and needs to accommodate on this trip. My stepson has a communication disorder, and my mom recently had her hip replaced, so with this in mind, I was able to plan a trip with activities that all were able to enjoy and that met everyone’s needs.
