Nicole was great from start to finish on this last minute trip to see my family this Christmas Holiday. Her recommendation on getting the room upgrade with the whirlpool was perfect to unwind after much travel and just spend me time. With 12 to 14 hrs work days, it was great not having to worry about much knowing someone had my best interest at heart knowing my wants and needs. Definitely going to use this service again and recommending to others.
