It was an absolute pleasure working with Monica. I was planning a cruise to celebrate my parents 50th wedding anniversary and needed assistance. Monica did an excellent job coordinating all the details for our event from beginning to end which included booking all the guests for the trip, making sure we had an event coordinator on the ship for the ceremony, securing scooters for my parents, being available and attentive to all the guests questions and concerns. She even gave us flowers and chocolate covered strawberries in our rooms which made the occasion special. Monica definitely went above and beyond the call of duty to make this trip a success and I would highly recommend her to plan your next trip or cruise.
