I was rerouted to London unexpectedly in mid flight at 5 AM. Mindy took care of my hotel reservations and made me feel at peace. Everything was going to be all right and Rome will be magical. She followed up the whole time and helped me with additional reservations in Croatia. Fantastic to work with. Well traveled, totally understands what I need! Thanks Mindy... can’t wait for oh my gosh keep this one open for a few minutes. Thank you.

Mindy Goldsand is an exceptionally outstanding travel agent. We are a family of four with teenage sons. Mindy listened to our preferences and offered custom tailored experiences (floating in an ice lake to watch the Northern Lights, dog sledding, remote snowshoeing), and absolutely seamless travel and transport. The flights were efficient and direct, the on-ground transport timely and professional. She recommended and helped book local restaurants and tour guides. Upon arrival at each hotel, there was a handwritten letter from Mindy with greetings and a small gift of local wine or candy. She was immediately responsive to our needs despite time zone differences. Mindy made us feel like we were her sole client, not part of some massive corporate machine. She checked-in on us and we felt very well cared for. 10/10, she's outstanding. We recommend her without reservation and we're already working with her on our next family holiday. Thank you Mindy!
